Small Business Notice

Timeless Treasures is a small, independently owned and operated business run by one person. While every effort is made to fulfill and deliver orders on time, occasional delays may occur due to scheduling, inventory, or volume.

⚠️ Vacation Notices: If the marquee banner or a notice elsewhere on our website indicates the shop is on vacation, please expect additional delays in processing and delivery. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these periods.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within two to five (2–5) business days, excluding weekends and holidays. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is processed.

Please ensure that your shipping and contact information is accurate to avoid unnecessary delays.

Shipping Availability

At this time, shipping is only available within a 10 km distance of Carleton Place, Ontario.

We hope to expand our shipping availability soon — first to include all of Ontario, and eventually to the rest of Canada.

Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.

Local Delivery Options (within 10 km)

Free Delivery: Within 5 km of our location (K7C)
$5 Flat Rate Delivery: Within 10 km of our location
Estimated Local Delivery Time: 2–10 business days

Distances beyond 10 km are currently not eligible for local delivery unless special arrangements are made.

We are actively researching the most affordable carrier services to integrate into our store, so we can pass on cost savings to our customers.

Optional Pickup Location

Customers may choose to meet at a predetermined date and time at the following location to avoid delivery costs:
McDonald’s, 10432 Hwy 7 #20, Carleton Place, ON K7C 0T6

A $5 refundable deposit will be added to your order. This deposit will be returned upon successful pickup.

If the customer does not show up or is more than 30 minutes late, the deposit will be forfeited.

A future delivery or pickup date/time may be arranged, but the $5 deposit will not be reissued or refunded.

Standard Ontario-Wide Shipping

Currently Unavailable
We are not yet offering Ontario-wide shipping beyond our local delivery area. Please stay tuned as we roll out additional shipping options.

International Orders (Future Availability)

While international shipping is not currently offered, when it becomes available:

The customer will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees in their country.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on customs processing and regulations.

Shipping Rates & Weight-Based Pricing

Shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of your order.
When expanded shipping options become available, final charges will be calculated at checkout.

Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, DHL, and FedEx

Carrier selection will depend on cost, speed, and delivery location.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at timelesstreasuresjdwp@gmail.com.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by a carrier or handed off in person during local delivery or pickup, Timeless Treasures is not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered items. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order or choose our optional pickup service.

Holiday & Weather Delays

Please allow for additional time during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of severe weather. These conditions may cause delays that are beyond our control.

Sustainable Packaging

To reduce waste and help lower shipping costs, we may use minimal or reused packaging materials when possible. If you require gift-ready packaging, please contact us to make arrangements.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of being placed.

After that time, or due to shop Vacation Notices, your order may already be in progress and cannot be changed or canceled.

Signature on Delivery (Future Use)

For high-value or custom orders, a signature may be required upon delivery. You will be notified by email if this applies to your order.
